Woodcut Prints

The original reason that I started experimenting with woodcut printing was to produce art that was more affordable to people interested in my work. Wonderfully, the process of making woodcut prints became both therapeutic and addictive. The very process of gouging into the wood, and the natural limitations that the wood places on the image encourages me to play with partial abstraction as well as to explore new dimensions in all my work.
